This house is located in beautiful North-East Victoria at the foot of Alpine national park. In this sub-alpine location, temperatures vary from below zero in winter to more than 40 degrees Celsius in summer. Thermal comfort is optimised and energy costs are minimal. This house is one of a handful of Australian houses that have been certified as Passivehaus Premium.
